Spacious, 5800 square feet home, ideal for large family reunions and gatherings. This was Watercolor's most popular rental house when it was on the rental program in 2005. One of 4 houses on 30A on the tour of Homes February 2007. Home will be available only for the period of May 29-September 6th,2010. Check calendar for available dates. This house has every amenity you could ever want in a vacation home. The house is located in the Heart of Watercolor on Cerulean Park in Phase I on Watercolor Blvd. East. Address is 82 Watercolor Blvd East. Santa Rosa Beach, Fl 32459 You are located 50 yards to the Marina Pool and Baithouse restaurant, and 200 yards to the famous Beach Club Pool and fine dining at the Fish out of Water restaurant. From the beach club, you are a short walk to our famous white sand beaches and emerald color water. Downstairs has a large living area and gourmet kitchen.
