Hello Poker Players- Book at least 45 days between the months of 5/15 to 7/15 and get a flat rate of $350 per night .. This Modern Estate Home will give you lots of room to move. It has 6 bedrooms in the main house and a 7th bedroom in a private casita with a king size bed and full size bathroom. There is a private stone courtyard with water fountain as you enter into this beautiful home. The home has 2 master bedrooms with private bathrooms. One of the master bedrooms has a 2-way fireplace that sits over the oversized bathtub perfect for those Romantic Candle lit Bubble baths with Champagne, a large glass block shower and a 73 inch Hi-Def flat screen for watching movies in bed. The 2nd Master has a king size Poster Bed, its own bathroom and shower and a 48 in flat screen for your viewing pleasure. There is a family room with beautiful designer furnishings and a 55 inch flat screen. Gourmet Kitchen and Beach entry pebble tech Pool. Exercise Room .

Just got back from a four night stay at the New World Estate. The house was wonderful! The pool area was beautiful and very private. We were 5 guys and we had plenty of room and there were flat screens TV's available everywhere. The casita was great for the patriarch so the young guys could stay up well into the night. Whole foods is nearby and there are two breakfast places nearby that were good.

The Strip was short/straight shot 10-15 minute ride. Not far at all! The only thing that was obnoxious were the guards at the gate. We would chit chat with them everyday so they would remember us but every time we came back they would act like they didn't know who we were. Don't waste your time, just give them your name and go!

Will definitely stay here the next time in Vegas.

Very Well Managed

My company rented the New World Estate in January 2010 and had a very satisfying experience. Making the reservation was easy, and we encountered no hassles during the rental process. The house has a very homey feeling to it and we felt comfortable right away, being greeted with a fire going in the hearth and soft music playing in the living room.

The home is beautiful and very well-maintained. It is nicely furnished, with enough bedrooms to accomodate a large group; as ours was even larger, the property manager, David, brought over some air mattresses for us at no extra charge. The kitchen has got everything you need to cook up a meal (or serve take-out in style). The master bedroom is gorgeous, with a huge tub, massage table, and more!

We had a great trip, and were really well taken care of. We'll definitely rent from David on our next trip.

This home is absolutely amazing! Stayed for New Years Eve Weekend 2010, and had a great time. Gated community, and once the guards recongnized us we had no problems getting inside. Location close to stores, food, and a 5 minute drive to the mall. Master bedrooms are to die for, property managers were extremely helpful,and property was very clean. Beautiful home, look forward to returning in the summer to take advantage of backyard space.

amazing time spent here

I had an amazing time here with my family. The kitchen was outfitted perfectly just the way I would in my own home. The down time we spent in the living room was phenominal and the easy to use home theatre just press a button and voila. I had a great time at the neighboring Casino Green Valley Ranch. Hanks Steak House was amazing. Also having a Whole Foods within a mile was great.
