Swim in your own private pool and at the beach!!! This 2 bedroom, 2 bath one story, townhouse end unit is perfect for vacationing families, couples, or friends. This home features a private swimming pool with private back and side yards and screened front and back patios. The property is 3.5 blocks from the beach -- an easy 6 minute walk. The unit boasts an open floor plan with an updated kitchen that is open to the living and dining areas. The kitchen is equipped with all appliances including a dishwasher, microwave, range, oven, refrigerator, and garbage disposal. There is a full laundry room with a full-sized washer and dryer. The master bedroom has a king-sized bed, private bath, huge closet, internet access, cable TV., and sliding glass doors to the screened patio and pool area. The second bedroom has a full-sized bunk bed with a twin bed on top, large closet, cable TV., and sliding glass doors to the screened patio. The living room has cable TV. and a full-sized futon. The unit is bright, fully furnished, has tile throughout, and includes all linens.

Private Swimming Pool. Walk to beach. Fenced private back yard and fenced private side yard. Screened back and front patios. Full-sized washer/dryer and kitchen appliances. Free internet access. Full service modern grocery store and other shops are nearby. Countless restaurants are nearby. Large beach cart is provided for hauling beach gear on your short walk to the beach. Playground, tennis courts, basketball courts, and library are all within blocks. Free beach parking at end of the street. 2 parking spaces are assigned to the unit.

This beach home is just blocks from a wide beach. Visit local sites like the famous Kennedy Space Center and see the Space Shuttle and other Space Coast attractions. Visit the world famous Ron Jon Surf Shop which is open 24 hours a day. Stroll along the Cocoa Beach Pier or take the kids to the newly expanded Dinosaur Store and Museum. Take the family to Traxx Jungle Village which features go-carts, batting cages, an arcade, and miniature golf. Visit Port Canaveral and take a gambling cruise. Also, enjoy Disney World, Universal Studios and other Orlando area attractions which are less than an hour's drive away. Or, stay close to the beach house and walk to the playground (2 blocks), tennis courts (2 blocks), basketball courts (2 blocks), or library (1 block). Also, enjoy a large variety of restaurants in the area: Cape Canaveral, Cocoa Beach, and Merritt Island.

A Great Beach Vacation

My husband and I spent a month here with our two small dogs. The house was clean and well equipped, and there is a great fenced side-yard the dogs could use. Although the pool is not heated, it gets enough sun to be usable on hot days. Easy access to the beach, bike paths and restaurants made our stay so much fun, and many Florida activities are within a short drive. It was a wonderful winter get-away.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Pet-friendly, Girls Getaway, Tourists without a Car, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children, Romantic Getaway
