Located just 20 minutes from the airport on the quiet Southern side of the hotel zone. Minutes from dozens of restaurants ranging from casual to elegant dining, but always with a beautiful view. Do you like snorkeling? Our manager in Cancun (Mike) will take your group to the most beautiful underwater experience you’ve ever seen. Mike’s family has been in the fishing business for generations. With the advent of Cancun becoming available for the rest of the world to enjoy, Mike’s family also began offering snorkeling, in addition to fishing tours. His boat can accommodate up to 14 guests. For a 6 hour excursion that includes a lunch Mike prepares for you on an island, the cost is just $55 each. Mike is about the nicest guy you will ever meet. He’s truly a precious spirit. Regardless, Mike is always just a phone call away in case you need something. A cell phone is kept inside the condo for the sole purpose of contacting Mike in the event that you need something.

  • In any space, enough cannot be said about the importance of clean quality bathroom areas. And this special penthouse does not disappoint in this area. Tasteful frosted glass separates the master shower area from the main room. The arched shower with special mood lighting, mosaic tile and attention to detail do impress. The primping area is good size with nice details. The 2nd bath on the upper level also has a decent size, clean and nice primping area, and simple cleaned tiled tub and tile surround. The powder room on the main floor is finished nicely. And the 4th bedroom private bath is again, simple, clean and nice. The owner did a very nice job on the bathroom areas in this unit

  • Each bedroom is equipped with flat screen satellite TVs. There are dozens of English channels, kid’s channels, even NFL network. The feel one gets from each of the 2nd floor bedrooms (3 on upper level) is one of not just beautiful views outside, but quality inside. The master bedroom is on the corner offering sweeping views of the amazing Caribbean colors. The building was placed very close to the ocean with the help of a sea wall. The result is amazing views from this corner where the master is located. There is a king in the 2nd bedroom as well. This is also a spacious bedroom with a great direct ocean East Caribbean View. 3rd bedroom is smaller, but still has a queen bed (Murphy bed, very comfortable) + Cancun coastline view. 4th bedroom has private bath, coastline view and convertible double bed.

Notes: What makes this condo unique is its proximity to the water and the position of the building. With the help of a sea wall, the building sits very close to the water. The sea wall actually elevates the pool area also, affording one a much better pool side Caribbean view than most resorts. The other factor is that the building sits on a slight angle. This allows for the view up the coast line to be enhanced as well. Since this is a corner unit, the panoramic result is quite impressive. The result is exactly the same on the corner one level above where the master bedroom is situated. It’s really a great enhancement of an already great view.
