About Us: Hi, I'm Tim Miller. My brother & I purchased a condo in this same resort in 2004. I had always booked our own unit myself personally. After hurricane Wilma in late 2005, we decided to take on a major renovation of our unit. We took things down to the bare shell of the unit, and then some. All of the interior walls are concrete, as were all of the balcony rails. We removed several concrete walls, all the balcony rails & completely reconfiguring the floor plan. We had to general the job ourselves, which is another story in itself. Throughout the process many new contacts and friends were made in Cancun. After the job was finally completed, I began to rent the unit. I had a lot of experience in this regard as my brother and I had started buying vacation rentals in Cocoa Beach Florida a couple years prior to the Cancun purchase. About Us Continued: who live in Cancun began to see people coming and going all the time from rentals for our place, I began getting contacted for my services for their places. The same had happened in Cocoa Beach earlier. But this time, I wanted to maintain more of a niche relative to the type of units I would manage. I decided that nicer, and more unique units, most often larger units would be my niche. Oceanfront was also a must. So I'm hopeful that the reader can catch a glimpse at least, at why I take such a strong personal interest in each condo I manage. Almost every picture you see of any one of the rentals or of any one of the resorts was taken by myself personally. I have also done updating to every condo I manage, in some cases doing all the furnishings and decor. Continued updating also makes for pictures that are more recent, and not old or misleading . About Us Continued: now offer several low cost non-profit services for guests. The services include having a cook come in to prepare a Mexican meal for your family or group ($40 cash + the cost of the food-receipt provided for food purchase, no mark up on food). Babysitting, private boat tours for snorkeling or fishing and other services are also available, & all are paid in cash directly to the service provider, & all are non-profit.
