2nd Bedroom or Den: This room overlooks the mountains; shades can be drawn for privacy and to reduce incoming light; queen sofabed; sliding opaque glass door/wall system to create privacy between rooms, or opaque glass doors/walls can be slid into pockets constructed in fixed walls into open up this room to adjoining rooms, thus creating an open feeling. We have kept this bedroom uncluttered of furniture so it can be used as a den. If the guests of this 2nd bedroom want closet space, they can use a nearby closet. Additionally, if they want even more space, there is storage space in the nearby custom walnut TV cabinet. Also, because the adjoining master bedroom was designed and constructed with a double-set of custom built-in closet/drawer systems, they can use a portion of these custom closet/drawer systems.
Storage locker: There is a storage locker in the building where skies, golf clubs, etc. can be stored.
