RENTING NOW FOR SUMMER AND FALL. Parking for 1 car directly in front/off street. Beach is 2.5 short blocks and Sunset Lake is 1.5 blocks with restaurants nearby. Master bedroom offers queen and 2nd bedroom has 2 twin beds (which can be moved together if needed). Fully equipped eat-in kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, ice maker and water (both filtered), coffeemaker and blender. Cable TV in each bedroom with DVD in living room. Hardwood floors throughout. Outside enclosed hot/cold shower. A/C in all rooms. Fans in both bedrooms and kitchen. Quiet family neighborhood. Private back yard with BBQ grill, small deck and furniture. Plenty of seating on front porch. Full size washer/dryer in laundry room. Nearby trolley to boardwalk. Cape May just a short drive away. Top floor does not get rented. Sorry, no pets.

Great Place and Class Owner

The apartment is great and my kids loved it all three weeks we have stayed here. But the hidden gem is the owner Jim. I can't praise him enough. He is truly a class act. He treats you right and responds immediately to you during the scheduling process. The security deposit is returned promptly. And should you encounter any problem he responds to you immediately. He even drove from his PA home to fix an issue last year. He is a joy to work with - I wish the world had more good people like Jim.

Heaven on Earth!

I have been reluctant to write a review because I didn't want other people to find out about our dream vacation rental. I just booked our week for 2012 and am so excited to return. My stepson and nephew ask all year long, when are we going back to the beach house. This will be our 3rd year returning. On our vacation week last year me and my husband got married on Sunset Beach in Cape May. The house is very clean, walking distance to the beach, and close to everything. The owner, Jim, is very personable and accommodating. We hope to be returning for many years!

Best beach week ever.

We are a family with twin 7 year old boys who spent a week here. We had a fantastic time. Not only is Jim, the owner a real nice guy, his whole family is great. We enjoyed all the town had to offer and nothing was too far away. What you see in the pictures is what you get, a real nice place to stay. The neighborhood was fantastic, quiet and clean, a real nice family setting. There is a great restaurant right up the street near the lake, Duffys on the Lake, that we enjoyed several times. Beautiful, uncrowded beach and nice ocean breezes at night. I would definetly stay here again as well as recommend it to family and friends. Thanks again Jim and family!

excellent place

this is a great apartment and not a far walk at all to the beach Jim the owner is very nice, i found this place last july and i'm renting again this july. Nice outdoor shower, BBQ grill to cook on and the photos are what the place looks like. i am so happy i found this place.
