The condo features a full kitchen (smooth top range, dishwasher, full size refrigerator with ice maker, toaster oven, fondue pot, snow cone machine, coffee maker, microwave, blender, dishes, etc.), two flat screen wall mounted TVs, two VCRs, CD/stereo, Queen poster bed, leather sofa, delux air mattresses, table for 4 off the kitchen, table for 2 at the front window with beach view, and balcony with chairs and table. Beach chairs, towels and umbrella are also available. The condo is extremely clean and tastefully decorated in a beautiful modern theme. Offers wireless Internet now too!

The building has washer and dryer (pay) on each floor, elevators, and plenty of parking (some covered - not assigned). Walk to local bars and restaurants but condo is located in a quiet residential area. Quick drive to grocery store, tourist attractions, pharmacy, restaurants and mall. Trolley service is available in the area and throughout the City.

This unit also has high speed internet, unlimited long distance to Continental US, Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, Virgin Islands, N. Mariana Islands and Canada. Printer/Scanner/Copier Fax is available in this unit.

About The Owner

My name is Bonnie and I am the proud owner of "Beach Baby" located at 8470 West Gulf Blvd. #310 Treasure Island, Florida 33706. I have self managed Beach Baby for many years and I have figured out the best and most efficient way to manage my beach vacation rental. I offer easy pay on line via credit card through my Quickbooks merchant account and offer easy self check in/check out too.....

Our family has been vacationing at the Sunset Chateau in Treasure Island, Florida for 20 years. It is located in a quaint residential area with multi million dollar beach front homes. It is within close distance to restaurants, grocery stores, the mall, and many tourist attractions. There is a trolley service too... We loved it so much that we bought a condo there in 2001 and want to share our condo and beach experiences with others.

This condo was fantastic, very tastefully decorated, and packed with everything you need. Great location and beautiful view. The owner was readily available for questions and was very hospitable. Wouldn't hesitate to stay here again or to recommend it to anyone. Hope to come back again.

We really enjoyed the Beach Baby, It was a very beautiful condo, with a stunning view of the beach.We felt like home there and will definely return very soon. There was'nt anything that the Beach baby did'nt have inside the condo. Great location as well, Extra everything that you would need for everyday living. And WOW! all of the wonderful amenities! We're absolutely return to the Beach Baby' And we recommend it to everyone.

A True Oasis

We have been staying at the Beach Baby for the past few years. Our experience gets better every year. Bonnie thinks of absolutely everything that you may need for the beach. The sun rises in the morning in your back bedroom and you can see the sunset from your front balcony. During our vacation we went to Disneyworld which is only an hour away! It's great to spend the day in Disney and then return to wake up to the sound of the crashing waves. We love the peace and tranquility of Bonnie's condo. We have stayed in other condos in the building but since we started going to this one, we never returned to the others. If you're looking for a condo that has absolutely everything, this is the one. Thank you Bonnie for allowing us to share your condo and enabling our family to reconnect in paradise!

Lovely and Relaxing Vacation

Love the Chateau as always. Bonnie was very gracious and helpful. This was our first time at her condo and it was everything that we expected and more. Love having the beach chairs and umbrella. The condo has lovely view of the Gulf and sunsets. Love the dolphins who come to "people watch"! Definitely recommend this as a great place to unwind and enjoy the ocean breeze!! Thanks for everything!

We just got back from the Chateau and had a wonderful time. It was very clean, great view and things to use I did not even expect. I brought a lot of things from home that I did not need to bring. Loved the views from each side (bedroom and livingroom). We will definately come back to the Chateau.
