• All rates inclusive of local state tax
• Prices are for 7 day stay (minmum 4 days where indicated) with extra days at nightly rates. Start dates are flexible.
  Non refundable deposit of 25% to secure requested dates with payment in full 60 days prior to arrival date
  $300 damage deposit required.
  Discounts available for stays of 4 weeks or longer, please inquire
  Pool heating extra recommended Oct-April at $25 per day
  Arrival time from 4pm Departure time no later than 10am

• Cancellation Policy and Fees:
  Cancellation Fees are assessed as follows:
  The reservation deposit is non-refundable.
  In the event you need to cancel, we will hold your deposit for one year for future bookings.
  Cancellations made 31 to 60 days before arrival are subject to a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the rental fee.
  Cancellations made 30 days or less are subject to a cancellation fee equal to 100% of the rental fee.
  Cancellations must be submitted by e-mail or if in writing, the date of the postmark is used in determining the refund fees.
  We strongly recommend you have appropriate holiday insurance cover.
