This beautiful property is the only Tahoe Donner rental property right on the meadow! Spectacular meadow views from all five bedrooms and the great room. The great room includes a custom gourmet kitchen with a professional gas stove top and two dishwashers. Plenty of cookware provided along with 20 cookbooks and an outdoor gas barbecue for grilling. The comfortable dining room is part of the dynamic open great room. The living room has an efficient gas fireplace, three luxury leather couches, stereo system and plenty of books. The 3900 square foot house includes an intercom system to all five bedrooms. The master bedroom is on the second floor and with a spectacular bed frame (see photos) on a Tempurpedic King bed (sleeps 2).

There is a wood fireplace in the bedroom. The master bathroom has a separate shower and the hot tub is on the master bedroom deck overlooking the meadow. (The night sky from the hot tub is inspiring) The first floor bedroom has a queen bed (sleeps 2) with a full bathroom next to the bedroom. One second floor bedroom has a queen sized bed and the other has a full sized bed and lots of children's books. The children's room has two single beds, toys, young children's movies and a television set.

The very large recreational room is furnished with a big screen television, DVD/VCR player, two leather couches, Pilates machine, Foosball table, piano, high-speed Internet (Wi-Fi throughout the house) kids costumes, and family board games. The new and very large outside deck has built-in seating and overlooks the meadow. The Tahoe Donner Northwoods Clubhouse is across the meadow which features swimming, and an eight court tennis facility. The Trout Creek recreational center is about one mile up the road.
