If you've been looking for that perfect R&R vacation, Look no Further!From modern, up-scale accommodations, stunning views, the beautiful white sand beach of Playa Norte and an incredible calm, shallow swimming area, Ixchel II will not disappoint!Our spacious fifth floor unit can be rented as a 2-bedroom, 2-bath suite, a 1-bedroom suite or a standard hotel room.  All have stunning views to enjoy with your morning coffee, lunch, or dinner-time cocktail.  Wall-to-wall, floor-to-ceiling sliding doors push back to open the rooms up to the outside.The spacious, comfortable rooms are well appointed with tile throughout, granite counter tops,  large, glass-enclosed showers and individual climate controls. Our kitchen gives you the opportunity to maintain some of your mealtime routines while on vacation. We like to have breakfast and lunch on the balcony and then wander downtown for dinner out.This unit can be rented as a 2-bedroom, 1-bedroom  suite or standard hotel room.

Just a 15 minute ferry ride from Cancun (Puerto Juarez), this tiny island offers gorgeous beaches, great restaurants, friendly locals, good snorkeling, scuba diving and fishing and lots of shopping. Rent a golf cart or scooters and see the island sights. Our condo is located on Hidalgo, the main street in the downtown area, so we are a close walk to shops and restaurants. Or, wander barefoot to the Sunset Grill next door to the condo! You can plan a day-trip to any of the mainland tourist sites right from the island. You won't want to leave!!!

The large local grocery store has everything you need - fresh fruits and veggies, fresh meats, a deli, bakery, pharmacy, wine, beer and alcohol. It is about a five block walk from Ixchel - we like to wander back via the newly created walkway along the Caribbean side. The downtown area is two short blocks from Ixchel. There you will find lots of shops, friendly locals and excellent, reasonably priced restaurants. The fresh seafood is exceptional. Closer to 'home', the Sunset Grill, just down the beach from Ixchel, offers great meals right on the beach, just feet from the waters edge.
