This 'Fabulous' House is like no other. It is beautiful and best of all located in the heart of Austin. You've heard of Location Location Location and LUXURY Luxury Luxury Luxury...correct?

Well this house defines it all. The house is located 1 block from downtown Austin, 1 minute from the Capital of Texas, 2 miles from UT, 1 mile to SoCo.

It is beautifully furnished.

This house was built in 1910 and remodeled in 2006.

The house has approx. 2,600 sq. ft. (+ or -)

It has 14 ft. ceilings, a gorgeous chandelier, crown molding, antique walnut floors, granite counter tops, an enclosed

balcony on the 2nd floor with 24 windows and a view of downtown.

Enjoy a glass of wine on the 2nd floor balcony and watch the sun set.

This 2 story vacation house sits on top of the hill on the corner of E. 9th Street and San Marcos Street. The left side of the house is located on E.9th Street and the front of the house faces San Marcos Street.

Restaurants are only 2 blocks away on E. 11th. Begin with Blue Dahlia Bristro. Dine inside or outside and enjoy a tartine with a cup of soup or better yet a Porcini Ravioli. You will find the most amazing food that is tasty and healthy too!

Walk across the street from this 'Fabulous House' and tour the French Legation Museum or walk two blocks on E. 9th and see the State of Texas Cemetery.

Tour the State Capital, the University of Texas,

stop in the Bob Bullock Museum and listen to the 'Story of Texas.'

Right around the corner from your vacation house is the Uncorked Tasting Room/Wine Bar on E. 7th and only a skip and a jump will land you in the center of the Live Music Capital of the World and Austin's famous 6th Street

In the evenings stay home and relax. If you sit on the deck or the front porch you can hear the music from the French Legation Museum. Many evenings concerts are held there. The French Legation Museum grounds are a park like setting with green grass, rolling hills and oak trees. Go join the fun! Simply grab a blanket and head over there, listen to the music and take in a breath of Austin.

San Marcos location is very convenient for all Austin has to offer. The house is very comfortable and appointments are top notch. Bathroom access requires everyone to be "good friends", but the beds, towels and furniture are very comfortable. The kitchen is top notch and complete. We definitely recommend this property to others.

Perfect House for Big Group

Lillie was an amazing host and their house was awesome. Perfect location and walking distance to all the hot spots. We were a group of 12 guys in town for NCAA tournament. We went to the games, went golfing, and went to 6th Street each night. Modern house with great patio space. Thanks to Lillie everything was set up and ready to go for an perfect guys weekend.

Great house for a group vacation in Austin!

We stayed at Lillie's house this past weekend with a group of friends from college and had a great time! The house is beautiful and they made great use of the space, so we were able to sleep 10 people
comfortably. It was either walking distance or a quick cab ride anywhere we wanted to go. I definitely recommend this house for a big group of friends vacationing in Austin.

Wonderful House

Just stayed here for my Friend's Bachelor Party! Lillie was exceptional in working with booking this house. It is close to downtown and only a block from Franklin BBQ! House has plenty of space and has easy access to everything. Thank you!
