Fantastic beachfront vacation resort property, with direct spiral staircase access to pool, hot tub, tennis court and barbeque area with tiki huts at the popular Reef Club. Beautiful white sand beach that stretches for miles from Clearwater to St. Petersburg. Watch the dolphins and spectacular sunsets over the Gulf of Mexico from the balcony which will comfortably accommodate 7 adults. Activities abound with Tennis Court on site, and a local park with basketball, baseball, handball and skateboarding nearby. Grocery store within walking distance. Enjoy the many fine restaurants, some with live entertainment, and some within walking distance, or take the convenient trolley. Then stroll the beach after visiting the ice cream parlor which is also within walking distance. Right across the street is the Indian Rocks Nature Preserve with, picnic and play areas, and a long boardwalk that meanders through varied habitat and gives close viewing to local flora and fauna.
