The floor plan is generous with a large livingroom, dining for 8 people and an eat-in kitchen. Walking distance to the Chapaquoit Beach and the Chapaquoit Grill for dining. Set in a neighborhood away from the crowds and traffic but convenient to downtown Falmouth and the many activities related to Falmouth, Woods Hole, Martha's Vineyard and Nantucket. The town of Falmouth has 11 beaches and runs ferries to the islands of Martha's Vineyard and Nantucket.
