The floor plan is generous with a large livingroom, dining for 8 people and an eat-in kitchen. Walking distance to the Chapaquoit Beach and the Chapaquoit Grill for dining.

Set in a neighborhood away from the crowds and traffic but convenient to downtown Falmouth and the many activities related to Falmouth, Woods Hole, Martha's Vineyard and Nantucket. The town of Falmouth has 11 beaches and runs ferries to the islands of Martha's Vineyard and Nantucket.

I love the Falmouth beaches. Grew up in Falmouth and lifeguarded at the beaches in College. Falmouth has a great year-round community with activities in the off season and LOTS to do in the summer. I purchased this home because of the expansive floor plan and views. You can entertain with the large living room and dining room with access to the deck. A great benefit is also easy access to the Shining Sea Bicycle Path which runs from North Falmouth into Woods Hole and is accessed at the bottom of the street.

This property is located in the Village of West Falmouth, approximately 2 miles to downtown Falmouth and 6 miles to Woods Hole.

Great place to stay!

The house is very well maintained, excellently laid out and very comfortable. The area is quiet and comfortable. The beach is less than a mile away and the bike path is even closer. Lots of parking for renters and guests. I highly recommend this rental.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Girls Getaway, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children
