This spacious and comfortable 2-Bedroom condominium is located next to the 18th fairway at Cummings Cove, an upscale gated golf community in Hendersonville, NC. Monthly rental includes a full family Sports Membership, including Fitness Center,Pool, Tennis and Clubhouse privileges with Golf available at a reduced rate. Recently renovated and re-furnished, the condo includes a wrap-around, screened in porch, private-parking, and quick access to the links. 20 Min. to Historic Downtown Hendersonville. 10 Min. to Grocery.

The Blue Ridge Parkway, Flat Rock Play House (State Theater of North Carolina), college town of Brevard, and Asheville are all close by.

Cummings Cove is special - with a real sense of community. People who visit find a way to make it a permanent part of their life - we did!

Our condominium is located within the Cummings Cove gated golf community near the 18th fairway. Play golf, work out in the fitness center, play some tennis, or just spend time at the pool - all without leaving the community. A full golf/fitness membership is included in the monthly rental fee.

Cummings Cove is beautiful. Condo was perfect. Well maintained and clean, it provided all that we needed and more for our 3 week stay. The listing and the pictures provided a very accurate view of what to expect. The owner contacted us to insure we were satisfied with everything. The views - magnificent from any window.
We discovered close by towns with much to do: hiking trails, waterfalls, shopping, and galleries. Found excellent restaurants, entertainment, including a blue grass concert. We went to movies and live concerts in Flat Rock, Hendersonville and Asheville, all within a short driving distance.
Would recommend this condo to family and friends; and, we will return.

This truly was a great getaway with a great view! The pictures accurately describe this comfortable and clean property. The owner was cordial and provided excellent customer service.
This golf community had everything one could want, or not want. Golf, swimming, tennis, work out room and yoga.
The town of Hendersonville is a quaint little town that offers "big city" opportunities.
The biggest attraction, however, is the beauty of nature all around.
We would recommended this lovely condo to our friends as a great place to stay.
