This 100 year old restored farmhouse has had only two owners. The house and property are called Overbay. It is situated on a knoll with a rolling meadow, view of the vineyard , the great salt pond and ocean beyond. The greenway trail abuts the property and Champlin's Marina with multiple activities for kids, movies, pizza, ice cream, arcade and pool is walking minutes away. Overbay is on a paved road with no dust. With a modern kitchen, great patio-deck and magnificent views, you might just stay there.
