Bedrooms:
Upstairs, the master bedroom features a California king, sleigh bed; a gas fireplace; an entertainment system with CD/DVD changer, surround-sound, iPod connection, and a 47 inch flat-screen HDTV, a ceiling fan, and a balcony. This room’s private bath offers total relaxation in a Roman tub with two shower heads and sound piped in from the master bedroom; and a changing area that provides a two-sink, granite-counter-topped bureau with a second ceiling fan. The second bedroom also features a queen bed, a 32 inch TV with an HD DVD player, and an iPod dock. The third bedroom affords a California king bed, a sitting area with a convertible twin bed-chair containing a pillow-topped mattress, and a 27 inch TV with VCR/DVD player. An additional queen bed is available for this room, as well as an optional, inflatable queen bed. A second bathroom completes the second story. The fourth bedroom features a standard double bed.
Downstairs, the kitchen features granite counter-tops and stainless steel appliances: a dishwasher and three ovens, one gas/convection, one electric, and one microwave/convection combination. A bar-counter separates the kitchen from the dining room, which sits adjacent the living room, a space that provides a gas fireplace and an optional queen bed. A half-bath lies off of the kitchen. The patio off of this area is furnished with patio furniture, affording guests a relaxing outside experience.
The Sun Room, the entertainment area, is accessed from either the kitchen or the back patio. This tropically themed area provides guests with three rooms: an entertainment room, a bedroom, and a full bath. The entertainment area features wicker and rattan furniture, a 47 inch TV with CD/DVD player, surround sound, and iPod connection, a wet bar with granite counter tops, a refrigerator, a garbage disposal, a blender, and an optional standard double bed. This home comes with linens, towels, dish and cook ware, a small offering of spices, beach chairs, two coolers, beach umbrellas, an easy pop-up beach awning, a wagon, five boogie boards, and eleven bicycles, two are which are for children. Additionally, a shared washer and a dryer are provided for the convenience of guests.
