This professionally decorated, newly renovated, winterized Vermont cottage overlooks Lake Champlain and Adirondack State Park. Property includes a dock house, cement pier with steps into lake, a mooring, fire pit, rustic double swing and over-sized natural sandbox for children. There are two large bedrooms (queen) and 'bunk room' with a play loft above. There is also a mudroom and a laundry room -- perfect for the outdoors family! The family room is focused around an original stone fireplace (complete with a fossil in the mantle). The eat-in gourmet kitchen flows out to an enclosed porch overlooking the lake. An outdoor shower is accessible off the largest full bathroom (double shower, and double sinks). This incredible property is walking distance from Basin Harbor Club and located in prime Vermont landscape (i.e., rolling fields with classic barns, dirt roads for the perfect bike ride or run).

Our cottage is located in a classic Vermont landscape, surrounded by dirt roads for biking, running, walking, and hiking and the Green Mountains. We are walking distance to a small family resort where tennis and golf are available for a fee. Vergennes is the closest village and offers several wonderful restaurants and coffee shops. Historic Middlebury and Shelburne (with museums and attractions) are very close. Very peaceful and classic Vermont getaway.
