Beautifully remodeled from ceiling to floor with fabulous views of the ocean and harbor. There is a 60-in flat screen TV in the living room with DVD and DVR as well as TVs in both bedrooms. The kitchen has granite counter tops with new appliances. Even the master bath is remodeled. Rain shower head. Comfortable new recliners in the living room. There is a gas grill on the patio and an out door dining set. The complex is resort-like with gorgeous landscaping and many amenities included: huge game room with 2 billiard tables, foosball, ping pong, large screen TV, a putting green, two heated swimming pools, hot tubs, gym with saunas, koi pond, water falls. Best of all out our west gate is the family friendly Oceanside Beach - great for surfing, swimming, boogie boarding, fishing. A short walk north is the harbor & to the south is the boardwalk and pier with lots of fun to be had!

We are on the beach in Oceanside with great views of the beach and harbor. Just a short walk to the north is the harbor village and to the south is the strand and pier with lots of activities and restaurants. Lots to do with in walking distance! Camp Pendleton - very close!

We are committed to keeping our condo in great shape- we don't defer maintenance and almost everything has been updated. remodeled, painted....after all we vacation here too! The complex is a lot of fun, but when you return for the evening we are confident you will be able to relax in our place! We have a booster seat and pack-n-play for your use. Iron & ironing board as well.

Wonderful Condo

Everything was as promised and better than expected. Our stay was especially nice this year. We stayed in the same complex last year and think it is the best. Anyone renting this unit will be thoroughly pleased by its location and by the comfort and beauty of the condo. We especially liked the upstairs patio which overlooked the beach. Each day we walked several times on the beach and enjoyed the pier, the nearby marina and even saw a sea lion snoozing on the sand one day. A lovely experience for our family. Oceanside is close to other beaches and sights nearby in San Diego The train station in within walking distance if we didn't want to take our car into the City.

We hope to return and would be happy to rent this same condo if available.

Oceanside Condo For Fun In the Sun

Great vacation property. My family loved the location and easy access to the beach. The property was clean and well furnished. This unit had boogie boards,beach towels, chairs, etc. for your day at the beach. I definitely recommend this to all my friends and families.

Great condo for kids

We had a great stay at this condo. It had all the comforts of home; comfortable beds, a stocked kitchen, entertainment for the kids, a great ocean view. And we would come back again.
