3 Bedroom ocean side townhouse within walking distance to amusements and restaurants.

We had minimal damage from Sandy & the beach on our block is in good shape. Be our guest in this beautifully decorated ocean side townhome (only 1 other unit in the building). This spacious home is only 6 years old with all up to date features. Dual zone heating / cooling. There's wireless broadband internet and cable TV. The full kitchen has stainless steel appliances and all amenities. Outside there are 2 decks with outdoor furniture and gas grill. The beach is just 2-1/2 blocks away, and it's a short walk to Beach Haven attractions - great restaurants, miniature golf, water park, ice cream shops and Fantasy Island. FAMILY / ADULT / WEEKLY RENTALS ONLY (Saturday to Saturday)
