Full air-conditioning and heat with luxury linens provided, & full kitchen/ dining area & large living room. New furniture & new tile floors throughout, with beautiful artwork, hi-speed internet hook-up, hi-def premium cable & flat screened TVs with DVD in each bedroom and living room. Free local phone service. Large fully stocked kitchen with service for 8. Brand new appliances in kitchen. Includes washer/dryer. spent 3 nights at the condo very close to all saint simons activities very clean and has a real at home feel looking forward to the next stay at saint simons

My 10 year old son and stayed at this property and we both had a great time. The home is walking distance from the village and pier. There is also a bike rental and golf cart rental place within walking distance. We loved the fact there was several different restaurants in the area too. The best thing is that everything you need is within walking distance.
