Best Vacation Ever!

This was my first time renting a house for a vacation in Disney. The last time we came we stayed in the Park. I can't tell you how different the vacations were. When we stayed inside Disney I thought it would be so much easier with kids. Well...when i left i swore i would never return to Disney it was so stressful!!! This time we rented a House from Victors Villas. Victor helped me find the right house for my family and was so great about answering all my questions. We arrived at the house and were blown away...It was so beautiful and Clean! The kids loved the themed rooms! We were able to really enjoy our family vacation. We ate a great breakfast before hitting the parks , came home for lunch , took a dip in our own pool( it was so nice not to have to walk to a pool with cranky kids) We went back to the parks refreshed for the night.When we left the park and got in our car we looked at all the people staying in the park on long lines for the buses and said "never again" When everyone asked the kids about the best part of Disney they say "Our House!" The only thing I will do differently the next stay is to spend more time at the house instead of everyday at the Parks! I can't say enough great things about the house....we had on small issue with the pool and someone was there in 15 minutes to take care of it! Thank You Victor ....you made me love Disney World again. We can't wait to go back!!! Doreen

Family trip thoroughly enjoyed

My 4 person family along with my cousin's 5 person family thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Sandy Ridge Villa. It was just like being at home with all of the comforts needed. Plenty of room for all 9 of us and then some. The kids really enjoyed the game room and especially loved the pool. Thank you for a great stay in your vacation villa Victor!!!!

I just wanted to thank you for letting us stay in your cozy Disney home, it was perfect for our family. I loved the location so close to Disney. We usually stay on Disney property and use the buses for transportation. What were we thinking?? Renting a house is the way to go. The pool was perfect, the heated water allowed my toddler to swim when it was cool in the evening. It was nice it was so private as well. We also enjoyed grilling out. I was so happy to use the crib for my 10 month-old, he slept so well. The house was very clean. The Publix and CSV were both less than a mile away. Surprisingly, we never hit any traffic to or from the parks it was an easy 10- 15 min. drive. There is also an orange grove close by which we had fun picking our own oranges. I would reccomend this property to anyone looking to have a stress-free trip. We were so sad to leave. Thanks again so much, can't wait to come back next year.

Better than expected

My family and I really enjoyed staying at this house. It was perfect for all ages. The kids enjoyed the game room and the pool. The adults enjoyed being able to relax and cook. We also enjoyed the pool and grilling out. I would definitely recommend this house to my friends and family looking to spend some time in orlando florida.

This home is a great location for families visiting Disney. It is ten minutes from the main gates and gives you an opportunity to visit Disney without constantly being bombarded by the crowds. The pool offers a perfect afternoon or evening respite from hours of Disney walking. The home can accomodate large groups, with comfortable beds and multiple bathrooms and although it has a formal living room, most time was spent in the kitchen/family room with access to the pool. With our grandchildren, we were particularly happy that the pool had a mesh security fence that separated pool from patio.
Recommended for:  Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children
