We are offering modern and peaceful three bedroom apartment fully furnished with all the facilities for an enjoyable holiday. Located at Spanish Costa Brava in exclusive resort town - S'agaró, and only 5 min walk from the sandy beach of Sant Pol. This 100m2 apartment, has 3 bedrooms 1 and a half bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen, living room and large balcony. A car is not essential when renting this apartment. Nearly everything you need is within walking distance: supermarkets, restaurants, bank, pharmacy, etc. There is no shortage of activity for all the family with the Costa Brava’s famous beaches and coves, a water-park, several carting tracks, cycle routes, mountain walks, Butterfly Park, fishing, golfing, tennis and much much more. No pets allowed

Travel: Car hire is not essential, there is a bus stop in front of the apartment building if you wish to take advantage of the strategic situation and get to know Sant Feliu de Guixols, Platja d'Aro, Palamos and other marvelous villages in the neighborhood.

Shopping: The shopping is varied, with modern designer shops in Playa de Aro and Gerona, several local markets on different days of the week in San Feliu de Guixols, Playa de Aro, Palamos, Gerona, Toroella. The nearest Corte Ingles department store is in Gerona and of course Barcelona has extensive shopping possibilities. There are shops and supermarkets right across the street from the building.

Things to do: Some of the following attractions that will undoubtedly make your visit an unforgettable experience: CAMINO DE RONDA: --A walk along the cliffs following the coastline and starting from the Sant Pol bay and leading to the spectacular Sa Conca beach. It's a beautiful Costa Brava pathway. DALÍ TRIANGLE: --Magnificent trip to visit the Castell de Púbol, the final residence of the Catalan painter, then on to the house that Dalí shared with Gala in Portlligat, and ending up in Figueres, with a visit to the Dalí Museum. MEDIEVAL VILLAGES OF L´EMPORDÀ: --Pals, Peretallada, Ullastret are highly recommended as they retain the charm of their medieval origin WATER PARK 'Agua Diver' -- in Playa de Aro, with all the usual slides

Family of four enjoyed our stay

The owner was very helpful by email as we organised the holiday. We were met on arrival and shown around the flat in a friendly, helpful way. The flat itself has a lovely view of the mountains from the balcony. The living room is well presented and the flat is spacious for a family of four. The apartment is generally quiet as it is situated on the quiet side of the block. The other residents are friendly. There is a very short walk to a beautiful beach, with lots of fantasticcoastal walks to different coves. The bus service is great; no need for a car, as the bus stop is straight outside. The supermarket is open long hours and is over the road, which is very convenient. There is also a bakery, with a greengrocers on the opposite side of the road. There are a few cafes and bars nearby which are family friendly. Bedding and towels are provided in the flat.
There are a few games eg badminton raquets, beach tennis, also provided.
The shower is hot and works well. The washer and washing facilities meant we were able to wash and dry our clothes every day.
However, one of the toilets and two of the gas hob rings did not work.
There was no hairdryer as mentioned in the advert. Also, the small oven made it rather tricky to cook a large family meal.
Overall, we really enjoyed our stay in the large, comfortable apartment in a pretty, peaceful little town.

Nice Apartment in a Beautiful Surrounding Area

If you are looking for a nice apartment in a beautiful surrounding area, this should be your choice. The flat is spacious and nicely furnished, all washing and cooking facilities are working well. It's not a luxury but a very comfortable apartment. It's located in the center of S'Agaro but nevertheless quiet and with a great view of the mountains. It's only a short walk to the incredible Sa Conca Beach, but you can choose a fantastic coastal walk as well. There are supermarkets and restaurants nearby. S'Agaro is very peaceful, but it's only a short walk to the very lively city of Platja d-Aro. We really enjoyed our stay.
