A bonus studio space is available on the walkout level to sneak away and catch up on work. Condominium grounds include tennis courts, exercise facilities and indoor pool. Walk downtown to some of the best eateries in Northern Michigan, catch a movie at the theater, check out the local art galleries that feature some of Michigan's finest artists or stroll along the water.
