A very unique round house with 360 degrees of water views. Ocean front with a private beach spanning 250 feet. Updated kitchen and bathrooms, fully equipped with all the necessities even a washer and dryer. Very private setting, yet close to all the amenities the Cape has to offer. Nearby route 28 has everything you need from dining to mini golf and shopping.

Unique Round House

The property is a very unique round house offering ocean views from every room. The house is situated on a point at the mouth of the Swan River and the Atlantic Ocean offering vast, spectacular views all around you. The home has a private beach at your door as well as more than 250 feet of private beach at the shore edge a few steps from your door. The setting is very private yet close to everything you need on your vacation.

We are a famiy of six from Massachusetts. We have enjoyed the Cape our entire lives. It's a special place to make life long memories.

Why The Owner chose West Dennis

Our home is a very unique in a small beach neighborhood. We owned a home one street away and we also owned a condominium within a mile, but this house we had to have. The location at the mouth of the Swan River where it meets the Atlantic Ocean is awesome. The river is so much fun to swim and float in just letting the tide carry you in or out is awesome. The many sand bars to walk out to and sit on at low tide. There is nothing like it. The house is round making it very unique.

What makes this house unique

Our home offers the most panormic views on the Cape, 360 degrees of the ocea and the river and the beach. It is spectacular. Amazing sunrises and sunsets. We can't get enough of it.

Our home is centrally located on Cape Cod. Everyting on the Cape is within your reach in 45 minutes or less. The National Sea Shore is within 30 minutes.

Astonishing view. A house perfectly suited for relaxing vacations. Very comfortable with all the amenities you could wish for (except Internet). The private beach is beautiful and perfect for kids.We spent a wonderful week there and look forward to renting it again next year.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children, Romantic Getaway
