This wonderful first floor Atrium Villa is perfect for your vacation needs! It has been totally remodeled with new hardwood floors, granite countertops, kitchen cabinets & appliances! Each bedroom has two queen size beds, TVs, and adjoining full bathrooms. Enjoy the large deck overlooking the golf course, and lagoons as you relax after a day at the beach.

Amenity cards giving you access to the Club's facilities - pools, golf courses, tennis courts, Equestrian Center, Fitness Center are included in rentals of 5 nights or more!

  • $115 cleaning fee added for rentals of 1-3 nights. Amenity cards giving access to the Seabrook Island Club's facilities - swimming pools, golf courses, tennis courts, Equestrian Center, Fitness Center and restaurant are $30/day/house for included in the rent.
  • A $200 refundable deposit is added - to be returned upon inspection of the villa after your departure, providing no damage has occurred.

    $125 pet fee added if bringing dog.

Beautiful, spacious Villa

We had a WONDERFUL time at Seabrook Island. The Villa was beautiful, bright, spacious and clean. There was a wrap around deck overlooking the golf course. Our amenitites card was included with the price of the rental. The Villas are the best location on the Island. We were located right across the street from the Pelican's Nest, the beach, and the pool. Our kids and our dog also had a great time...so much for us to do. We will definitely be back. Nancy was very helpful. We only found the rental the day before we went there and she was extremely friendly and speedy with the rental process for us.
Recommended for:  Pet-friendly, Families with Young Children, Romantic Getaway

Everything was excellent: we found the key quickly, the house was clean, and the kitchen was incredibly well-stocked (even a cheese grater!)
