**CHECK OUT THE SPECTACULAR VIEW FROM THE 5TH FLOOR**

Stayed in this unit for a few days in June. The view was beautiful, left the drapes in the master open at night to see this wonderful view. Unit was clean, kitchen and baths were very nice. It was great to have an in unit washer & dryer. The coffee table was a little banged up, but that’s about the only bad thing I could say about the unit. This not a secured building, & the halls could be noisy, but the location can't be beat. Gulf right across the street, and Johns Pass Village a short walk! The price was reasonable, and I would definitely stay again.

Love this condo. Have very few complaints. None that would deter me from coming back. Just like to make the owners aware. The view from the balcony in the morning was amazing. You could watch the sunrise perfectly. The kitchen was updated with all new appliances and all your plates, cups, utensils and pots and pans. The only thing not there is a baking dish.. In one of the closets in the kitchen there are beach chairs, floats, umbrellas, a broom and a vacuum. The other closet is the washer an
d dryer.
The bedrooms are a good size. We had 2 adults and 2 children. (1st complaint) the queen sized bed in the master is not very comfortable. It could stand to be replaced.The bunk beds I am not sure about. My kids did not complain. The bathrooms were clean other than the guest bath shower needs to be seriously bleached to get mold and mildew stains out of tile. The living area was set up nicely. The couch and chair had some stains on them. They just need a good cleaning. Also the walls and doors were all very dirty. The place just needed a good cleaning.. I kind of did some myself while I was there just because it was in plain sight. The tv in the living room and bedroom both have dvd players which is nice. The last complaint has nothing to do with the condo, but with the condo next door! There were about 10 people staying there and they were loud l! Running through the hallway, slamming doors, hitting the wall and cooking curry which smelled the entire hallway up! It kinda ruined our last night there!! All in all the place was great. Would definitely come back. Literally steps away from the ocean. The pool and hot tub were nice too. A new bed, clean couch and chair and a good wall and door cleaning would make this place perfect!!

We (2 adults, 18 y.o. Daughter, 16 y.o. Daughter's friend, 14 y.o. Son) stayed here 3 nights. Very clean condo. Comfortable beds. Easy walking to shops, restaurants, beach. Staff were always friendly and helpful. My kids flipped out when they saw a palmetto bug crawl across the floor, but I think those things are pretty much a staple in Florida. The fire alarm went off one morning--had to evacuate building for about 10 minutes and never did find out what happened.
For good eats nearby, check out Lisa's next door, Friendly Fisherman at John's Pass, and Beach Snoballs in nearby Treasure Island. The Taco Bus in St. Pete is also worth the drive.
