Marina details : Burnt Store Marina is the largest deep water sailboat marina on Florida's Southwest coast. There are more than 500 slips in BSM. There is a full-service restaurant on-site and a gourmet deli, and convenience store. ATM machine is available. A full-service dockmaster is available and marina has both gasoline and diesel fuel for vessels. Located directly on Charlotte Harbor, BSM is a quick boat trip to the islands of Sanibel and Captiva, Boca Grande and the beautiful green waters of the Gulf of Mexico.

Sailing - Catamaran: When renting our villa, you can also book a sunset trip, or day trip aboard our sailing catamaran, KAI KOA. These trips are available with a captain. If you are an experienced sailor and prefer to charter a boat, there are several sailboat chartering companies available at this marina.

Golf, tennis, fitness, nature : There is a 27 hole golf course at Burnt Store Marina, available for play at a small extra fee. Tennis and Fitness center also available. There is a 1 mile walking path around the marina for those who like to walk for exercise. In the winter this marina is home to many manatees and Florida water birds of all kinds.

My wife, my two year old daughter, my sister, and myself just returned from a week at this wonderful property. The condo was beautiful as described and more than met our expectations. It was amazing having all the boats right outside our door. One evening around sunset, we got to watch a dolphin patrol the marina for about 20 minutes. The pool was wonderful and, I guess because of the time of the year, we almost always had it completely to ourselves. Overall, we were absolutely thrilled with our stay at this property and would gladly come again.
