Check in time is at 3pm, however, owners will work to accommodate your arrival time. Check-out is at 10am, sorry NO exceptions on SATs. Guest will be provided with a lease agreement, & instructions for check-in/out prior to check in. Owner will meet the guest at the property or have someone designated to check you in. Please, report any problems, concerns or damages to the property so they can be taken care of during your stay. We are proud of our beach home and want it to nice & comfortable to all our guests. Upon your departure we ask that you leave no dirty dishes, put trash in the appropriate cans provided, clean up after your pets, leave keys on the kitchen counter & notify owner of your departure immediately.
Owner profile:
As one of the owners, I am a year round resident of the Outer Banks. I take great care to prepare the property for each of my guest. I handle all the aspects of your reservation myself. The bedspreads, mattress pads, floor rugs, shower curtain liners, kitchen linens are all washed prior to each new guest and of course your linens & towels are sanitized each week. I was in property management here on the Outer Banks for over 17 yrs. Now I only handle my own. I am here at the beach to take care of any problems that may arise during your stay. I have access to general maintenance & specialists to take care of any problems that may come up with in 24 hrs.; most things can be handled in less than a day! I am only 20 minutes from the property if my guests need anything. I meet almost all my guest at the house the day of arrival to show them around & make sure they are comfortable. My goal is to make sure you have a fun & easy stay!
