We have 2 units in this building. This one is on the 9th floor and the other on the 2nd floor. Both have identical floor plans and bedding arrangements, just different decor and location.

The unit is direct beach front, beautifully decorated, and very clean. The condo was remodeled recently with tile through out, new paint and furniture, new cabinets in the kitchen and granite countertops with all the necessary items needed for preparing any meal. Also, new flat screens TV's and DVD players were just installed.

The pool area is fabulous! The pool spans the length of both buildings with zero degree entry in both ends fading to ten feet in the center section where there is seating in the pool and the fountains to splash over you. There are two kiddie pools available, one on each end of the pool offering shaded cabanas to keep the little ones out of the direct sun. Bathrooms and snack machines are also at the pool area, so it's not necessary to spend your vacation riding up and down the elevators. Wi-Fi is available at the pool and through out the building for those computer savy people that can't leave the computer at home.

Ocean House is the perfect family vacation condo! We like it so much we bought a second unit in the same building! It too, along with several other properties are available to view by calling us at 205-759-5066 or 205-361-3374.
