The 3 bedrooms and baths are on three separate floors, making it perfect for three couples or a family. The fenced back yard is great for cook outs and dining under the stars. Two fire places and a well stocked library make this the perfect retreat. Our Home is located in Ventura County, one of California's best kept secrets. Within walking distance is Channel Islands Harbor, where you will find restaurants, boat rentals and whale watching trips to the Channel Islands.Downtown Ventura is filled with small shops, cafes, theaters, and antique stores. Santa Barbara is just 45 minute away and the artsy community of Ojai is just a 20 minute drive.
