With a dock & Gulf access, boats can be rented from the likes of Tarpon Marina and moored in your own backyard. No previous boating experience is needed but you must be over 21 and hold a current driving license. The renter will provide training and local charts.
Local supermarkets such as Publix and Albertsons, local shops and banks are all minutes from the home by car. Visitors are spoiled for choice by the many restaurants in the Cape Coral / Fort Myers area catering for all tastes & budgets.
Golf, tennis, boat & jet-ski rental, deep sea & coastal fishing, beaches and nature parks are all available in the area. Sun-splash Waterpark for children is located on the Cape.
The Cape Coral area is a shoppers paradise from designer boutiques in Bell Tower, large department stores in Edison Mall to Miromar Outlets with over 140 top designer & brand names, all within easy drive.

Just thought I would let you know we all had an amazing time at Cape Retreat. The house was perfect, weather perfect and beaches amazing. Visited Fort Myers, Sanibel, Naples and Bonita Springs. Ate out quite a bit, but we just enjoyed hanging out at the house using the pool and catching fish. No problems at house and hope we left it as we found it. Thanks for such a lovely house and for letting us rent it. //
