'The Beatrice' is a charming, cozy, comfortable beach cottage on a quiet peaceful street in the much desired area of Crystal Beach. The Beatrice is just four houses away from the beach. The house has been completely remodeled with many upgrades: granite counter tops, cherry wood cabinets, stainless steel appliances, etc. The kitchen is located on the first floor and is fully equipped. Also on the first floor is the living room, with a queen size sleeper sofa and one bathroom. The two bedrooms and another bathroom are located on the second floor. One bedroom is furnished with a queen size bed, and the other bedroom is furnished with two twin beds. Both bedrooms have porches for enjoying beach breezes or the warm Florida sun. The third floor is a loft area which can be used for reading, relaxing or for an additional sleeping area. From the third floor loft, you can access the fourth floor observation deck. The Gulf views from here are just beautiful. PROPERTY DOES NOT HAVE A POOL!

'The Beatrice': This cozy little beach cottage is fully furnished with linens and towels, kitchen utensils, dinnerware, and cookware. There are three televisions with basic cable provided. Just bring your beach towels, beach toys, clothes and personal items. Destin Commons, with a movie theatre, restaurants, and specialty stores, is within walking distance. Several other shopping centers are also near by. Silver Sands Factory Outlet Mall is about four miles away. Restaurants are too numerous to mention, several of which are within walking distance. The house does not have a pool but is within 300 feet to the beautiful Gulf of Mexico.

For larger groups or company retreats: 'The Beatrice' is located next door to another HomeAway property, 'The Bellwood', property number 237780, and combined it is perfect for larger families and company sponsored get-togethers. Rent both houses during the same week and get a 10% discount on both properties.

Our family stayed at The Beatrice August 1st - 8th of this year. It was wonderful and we would absolutely recommend this place to anyone!

The house was clean, extremely comfortable and has been recently renovated. It is in a great location on a quiet street only two minutes from the beach! The view from the observation deck was incredible and allowed for some amazing pictures with our family.

Doyle met us there when we arrived and he made us feel right at home. My family has stayed in one of his houses before, and once again he was a great property owner! We plan on renting from him next year!
