Welcome! We are pleased to introduce our fabulous new privately-owned ultra-luxury one bedroom condominium. This property was completed in December 2007 and is the finest one bedroom condo in downtown Telluride. The condo is located in the heart of downtown and is only two blocks from the gondola. The location is one of the most coveted in Telluride. Singles, couples and families of three or four are perfect for this property. Thank you for your interest in our condo. We also have a fabulous three bedroom penthouse in this same location with the same high end finishes and luxury which can be found on this property. The three bedroom unit sleeps up to six people. These two properties can be combined for larger groups of friends and family. We invite you to stay with us in the coming days and bask in the incredible beauty of Telluride. Ski: For our winter guests we offer a complimentary valet service at the foot of the gondola which is only two blocks away. Our guests love this perk included in their rental.
