Year round home at highly sought after Sesuit Neck in East Dennis, directly across the street from our residents' beach. No need to purchase a beach sticker. Sesuit Harbor/Marina just 5 houses away. Every room has a view of the ocean. Large living room with sliding glass doors to wrap around deck where you can enjoy the smell of the ocean and watch the boats enter the harbor. Enjoy beautiful sunsets, eating dinner on the deck. Enjoy sitting on the back deck while having a barbecue with the gas grill, or take an outside shower in the large, sit down shower with hot/cold water. Open living area with fully equipped kitchen that opens to dining area. All 3 bedrooms on first floor with walkout lower level having a family room and bath with washer/dryer. Fresh water swimming at nearby Scargo Lake. Historic 6A has many antique shops along with well known Cape Playhouse, art galleries and weekly concerts on the Village Green.

Walk to Marina and enjoy breakfast, lunch or dinner at the cafe. Enjoy walks on the sandy beach. Close to golfing, antiquing, outdoor concerts, bike path, tennis, boating.

Notes: This is a very comfortable, easy living house for your vacation. House sits high enough that you get beautiful ocean views from any room. Walk out the door and just cross the street to the beach. Outdoor shower allows you to take a relaxing shower on your return from the beach. Front and back decks are large enough for the family to relax in the sun or have a relaxing meal in the private back yard or in the front watching the boats. Relax upstairs, while the kids enjoy TV downstairs in the family room. Sloping yard allows you to walk up to the sliding glass doors on the deck and enter the house for those who cannot do stairs. If there is an amenity not listed, please ask and we may be able to accommodate you. Driveway parking allows you to bring your boat which can be launched at the harbor.

Sesuit Neck is an exclusive area of Dennis off Route 6A on the north side where the beaches are cleaner. We are close to area shopping, with the Cape Cod Rail Trail (bike trail) less than 4 miles away. You can enjoy ocean swimming along with fresh water swimming at Scargo Lake. The Cape has some of the best golf courses with the closet less than 2 miles.
