Accessibility -
The apartment is all on ground floor level with large walk in shower. It is suitable for wheelchair users.
Outside -
The front garden offers a good lay out for barbecues, sunbathing and fruit trees provide nice shady places to relax. The back patio has a more private and smaller garden, also suitable for a BBQ. All garden areas have tables and chairs, cushions and umbrellas.
Coast/Beach -
The coast line is reachable within 25 mins walk or 5 mins drive. You can reach the beautiful Guincho beach by Bus or rented bicycle. You can walk from Guincho to Cascais, and on the way visit the well known stunning rock formation called 'Hell's Mouth' surrounded by Restaurants, bars, and shops. A stroll from Cascais centre to Estoril by the sea side is a must. Visit Cabo da Roca (40 mins drive) the most western point of Europe and enjoy the rugged scenery.

If you are interested in taking some time to learn some cooking by an expert, painting, and relaxation techniques, please contact Karina prior to your visit for more details. Horse back riding lessons by well known Miguel 5 min from property can be organized in advance. Surf lessons at Guincho beach are also available with professional Bulgarian teacher, Vasco, known for his friendly manners and patience with beginners.
Travel/Further details:
Travel -
Lisbon Airport 30km away. There is an excellent connection to the highway and takes no more than 30min to get to the property. The easiest transfer is by taxi, this can be organized with your flight details if required in advance. Lisbon, Cascais and Sintra are all easily accessed by public transport. Why not hire a car for a day and visit the unforgettable Sintra, with is its majestic and magical hills, beautiful scenery, picnic areas lovely old town and impressive castles.

Cascais is a fishing village where you'll be introduced to delightfully well prepared, fresh and tasty fish. The centre of town is within 20 min walk where you will find many restaurants, bars, shops, banks, tourist office and summer activities. It is a quiet town yet it offers a wide range.
