Gorgeous 2 bedroom, 1 bath Mobile Home Condo! Clean and fresh. Ocean views from every room. Cathedral ceiling and skylights in every room give a spacious feel beyond the actual sq. footage. The best swimming and surfing steps away! Surfcasting right out front, or take a ride to the harbor and pick a party boat. Gated community with Clubhouse and heated swimming pool plus kiddie pool. Children enjoy a new state of the art playground, supervised big screen movie nights and activities in the Clubhouse. Short walk to swimming with lifeguards at Ditch Plains. Full kitchen, dishwasher, washer/dryer, microwave. Grill and aluminum dining set/lounge with umbrella on the large deck. Internet and cable available, max. occupancy 6.* No Smoking * No pets allowed * Please read all information thoroughly.

Beach details: I have had questions on the beach. It is right out front! The surfing shot was taken Memorial Day, directly in front. I have never timed the short walk west to the Ditch Plains public beach with lifeguard, but it must be at most 5 minutes. You can walk further west into town, about 3 miles, or east towards the historic Montauk Lighthouse, very scenic and you may not even meet up with anyone.

Cleaning $150

Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency (US Dollar) unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.

Notes

  • All funds to be paid by USPS money orders. No online payment available
  • Month is 4 weeks, 28 days. Cleaning fee $150.00/week. Condo application fees $50 per week/partial week additional. Board of Managers reserves the right to personal interview with any and all tenants, usually with unrelated individuals giving separate addresses to avoid group rentals. Arrival is 3 p.m., departure is by 10 a.m. sharp.
    Reservation fee of $1000 (per week/ partial week, longer rentals it will be adjusted accordingly) transfers to security while you are renting, and will be returned within 2 weeks after satisfactory inspection. Security collected will vary according to the individual rental terms.

    Parking Permit is a refundable fee, upon return of tag. Deposit per car paid directly to Montauk Shores, handled by renter upon arrival.
  • I accept US Postal money orders or Chase QuickPayonly for payment. Any other form of payment will be returned, and I will not hold your reservation. Partial weeks/weekends off season only.
    PAYMENT SCHEDULE- CONTRACT SENT AFTER FULL PAYMENT
    $1000 reservation (per week/ partial week) fee due immediately to hold your week. Upon receipt of full payment I will send out my Rental Contract and the Montauk Shores permit application. to be returned in a timely fashion, with the $50 per week rental check made out to Montauk Shores. These fees are non-refundable, except at the discretion of the owner and upon rental to another party for the same fee, 5% penalty. Payment in full due at least 60 days prior to rental period. Upon full payment I will send out the contract. Owner reserves the right to return deposit and cancel rental up until receipt of a contract signed by owner and renter.

This condominium at Montauk Shores provided a safe, clean, & welcoming environment for my daughter & me. The pool & playground were inviting and extremely well-maintained. The clubhouse offered a unique breakfast-to-go for all. The mobile home was wonderful; clean, comfortable, and had all that we needed. Town is just 5 minutes away, where we spent some time shopping. The beach provided privacy & was easy to get to from the condo. The best part was waking up in the morning to the smells & sounds of the coffee brewing and the ocean waves& breeze. We are already planning on going back again next year and, hopefully, extending our one week to two weeks.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Adventure Seekers, Girls Getaway, Tourists without a Car, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children, Romantic Getaway
