A beautiful home completely renovated in 2006 ideally located near town and beaches. Featured in 2008 Cape Cod and the Islands Life and Nantucket Home and Garden Magazine. Wonderful open living space and quiet private patio are ideal for entertaining. This wonderful family home features all new wood floors throughout, new chef’s kitchen, and brand new baths. Recent landscaping and driveway improvements also made. This home has 3 bedrooms plus an office. King master, full size bed in guest bedroom, and twin with twin trundle in kids' bedroom. Also there is a full size aerobed that can be placed in the office. Outside, there is a small deck and landscaped patio area, with an enclosed outdoor shower. Hi speed wireless Internet, 3 flat screen TVs and iPod ready. Central A/C. 10 minute walk to the center of town and children's beach. 5-8 minute drive to several beaches.
