This brand new condo meets the requirements for a Brett Robinson Premium Rating. It has nearly 2000 sq. ft of living space and is exquisitely furnished with many developer upgrades. This is a non smoking, no pet unit. The unit is ideally located on the 5th floor and provides great views and sounds of the beach and water. The enclosed cover parking deck is only seconds from the front door and on the same level so you don’t even need to use the elevators. Relax in the spacious living and dinning areas. Enjoy a 50” LCD flat screen equipped with a Blu-Ray player. The kitchen has granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances. The master bedroom has a king size bed, 38” LCD TV and DVD, double shower, whirlpool bath, closet bathroom and walk in closet. The other two bedrooms each has there own private bathrooms and come with 38” LCD TV’s and DVDs. Ceiling fans in all rooms.
