Condo, 2 Bedrooms + Loft, 1 Bath, (Sleeps 6-8)

Former Maple Hill Resort - Now all units individually owned! Townhomes meander down the hill on lakefront of beautiful Clearwater Lake. Sandy beach on Clearwater near channel to Grass Lake directly behind Unit #7. View both lakes from unit front or back door. Beautiful scenery year around. Mature trees for shade and Fall beauty. Great fishing for first-time or experienced fisher people (kids included). Dock fishing is perfect for the little tykes! Swimming, campfires, biking or whatever comes to mind. Activity for the whole family!

We have a in-room (loft area) air conditioner. It keeps the complete unit very comfortable.

About The Owner

We are the Hinkemeyers and have vacationed at Clearwater Lake since 1960's. We have owned Unit #7 since 1987. It is always exciting to come out to the lake! Our family joins us any time they can and the grandchildren love it!

Why The Owner chose Annandale

We have been hooked on Maple Hill since our very first visit many years ago. The sounds and sights of nature have lured us back to fish, swim and be with family. We feel time spent no matter the season is added to your years of life. Maple Hill is being in the country yet having all of life's comforts. Maple Hill is a very special place. Relaxed vacation spot. Wonderful site to listen to the loons!

Great Place for a Family Getaway

Our family (2 young kids) rented this cabin for a week. It was everything we were looking for. There was a place to dock our boat, a pool for the kids to swim in, a sand beach area for the kids to hunt for frogs and catch fish and a playground area and fire ring for s'mores. The cabin was nice with pretty much everything you would need. We will definitely entertain the idea of coming back here again. Thanks!
