In determining the rental rate, I studied all the oceanfront, two bedrooms villas in Wild Dunes. Because this is a new listing I knew I would have to make the rate very attractive. After spending six hours studying all the villas on HomeAway, I realized rates varied all over the place as did the idea of when a season started/ended. But the thing that really drove me crazy was the add on charges. Why didn’t the owner say this is the total price including everything? Surely a potential renter would much prefer the simpler approach.
You know what they say about ‘assume’ and I am old enough to have learned my lesson many times over. But here I go again. I assume you know something about Wild Dunes Resort, but in case you don’t I’ll include some information when you email me an inquiry (fill out form on this web page upper right hand side). Information about Charleston will be included as well. The calendar is not always up to date. So please check with me for availability. The rental rate is not subject to change unless in your research you find a better price. I, of-course, will appreciate hearing about whether you are a member of AARP, AAA, MADD etc, but it won’t affect your rental rate.
HomeAway recently bought VRBO (Vacation Rentals By Owners). Both excellent web sites for finding vacation rentals. One thing I especially like about VRBO is that they allow 16 pictures (HomeAway has slots for 12) on the web site. To go to VRBO do a google search. Once on their home page put in the property number 242339. Look at the 16 pictures. We would love to have you rent from us, but even more important we would like to know we did all we could in providing you information to make an informed decision to meet your vacation needs. Within that spirit fill out the form mentioned above, and I'll email you additional information.
This and that.: Non-smoking, oceanfront villa with ocean and pool views from the balcony, living room and master bedroom. The villa is larger than most two bedrooms at 1500 square feet. Bed arrangement includes a king bed in the master suite, two twin beds in the second bedroom, and a sleeper sofa in the living room…..accommodating in all six guests. The granite counters, hard wood and tile floors add a touch of elegance. You will love the massive flat screen TV. Linens and towels are provided, washer and dryer, air conditioning, starter supply of paper products and detergents, fully equipped kitchen with dinnerware, flatware, pots and pans, plus local telephone service. Wild Dunes' amenities include golf, dining, and bike trails. The rental includes: free parking for three cars, elevator access, free access to community swimming pool, and 24-hour security in a gated community. You probably don't need to be reminded not to walk in the condo with golf shoes on.
