2nd Run Fishing Trip
Nice quiet cabins located right on the bank of the Kenai River. The cabin has everything needed for a relaxing stay - full kitchen- grill - full bathroom- comfortable beds - and fantastic view. Love the covered fire pit!!! Rob is a great guy - checked in on us to make sure we had everything we needed. He loaned us a landing net which we really needed this year because the water is higher than usual

Location Location Location
The best part of this cute little cabin is its location. You are right on the Kenai River. As you look out the picture windows it is like watching a river movie. The water is beautiful!! The cabin is set up well if you choose to cook but there are restaurants within easy driving distance and they are pretty good. Amber’s communication is superb!! She gave us many ideas for fishing guides & also a drifting river float. Loved both of them. I would definitely stay here again. A plus, Rob the caretaker is on property if you have an issue but he doesn’t bug you.

The Black Bear cabin is magical
My husband and I stayed in the Black Bear cabin last weekend, and LOVED it. We can't wait to book it again. It is so perfect! RIGHT on the beautiful Kenai River, you can sit on the couch inside the cabin and look right at the river and mountains on the other side of the river. Or sit on the deck or at the picnic table overlooking the river for coffee in the morning. The cabin is furnished with lovely pieces.. live edge tables, pretty AND comfortable couch and chair. The bed is great. She has blackout curtains on all the windows, which is nice. And, the dock is so fun! We bought a trout rod at Troutfitters nearby. We didn't catch anything, but a guy on one of the guided tours caught a nice fish right in front of us, from a boat. Fantastic place! Can't wait to go back.

Perfect little cabin
I rented this for my mother as we were staying down the road at a local campground. The cabin turned out to be her favorite part of the trip! Perfect little location, tucked in close to the water and with a great host to top it off!

Our family enjoys fishing and hanging around the campfire, but not the discomfort of sleeping on the ground and loading up the car when camping. We enjoy sharing our home with others in the hopes they are able to create cherished memories using Cooper Landing Lodge as a base camp. We hope you will come back or tell your friends about your stay at one of our cabins.
