Southern Vermont: A perfect location for winter, summer, fall vacations. Cozy and spacious 3 floor luxury townhome looks out over pond and majestic Mount Snow. Country style with an emphasis on comfort, once you enter the front door you are never gonna want to leave! Cathedral ceilings, open space + two living areas provide a perfect setup for a group. The lower level with two bedrooms (Twin beds) full bath, and a living area with queen pullout sofa and is a private sanctuary. The main level with cathedral ceilings, fireplace and skylights has the most comfortable couch in the State. Dining table that seats 10, modern eat in kitchen with all amenities and cooking utensils. I don't rent often so I keep kitchen stocked and ask only that you replace what you use. Deck with barbeque is best kept secret in summer months for enjoying the green mountains! Upper level has two master bedrooms with private baths. King bed and jacuzzi in one, queen in the other with mountain view.

Location: Directly across the street from Mount Snow entrance. Shuttle bus to and from the door of the townhouse to the mountain every 10 minutes. Bus service to downtown Wilmington for shopping as well. Excellent restaurants, nightlife and music all within 15 minute drive

Townhouse details: Not often rented -- in excellent condition. Staples and supplies not locked up -- please replace what you use.

Summer: Best kept secret in Vermont! Relax in the green mountains with lots of activities -- pool, gym, hiking, mountain biking, canoeing,etc.
