There is noble equipment including BBC channels. Modern, bright and airy open plan living/dining area with fireplace. This special property offers 3 bedrooms with double beds, 1 with bath en-suite. Dining half open to fully equipped kitchen. All the rooms with air conditioning. The large own terrace with pergola is the ideal spot to sunbathe and barbecue. You have lovely panorama views. There is a fantastic pool with sun beds in the centre of the complex. Separate children's pool area. In walking distance, only approximately 60 meters along a private footpath, you will find lovely golden sandy beaches. Direct-access. Sorry - no smokers.

Clube Nautilus is a holiday destination without comparison in an exclusive and privileged location on the west side of the market town of Armaçao de Pêra, right on the beach. The beach is superb and one of the longest on the Algarve. To the east stretches over 6 km of glorious sands almost to Albufeira. A beautiful promenade lined with bars and restaurants provides an excellent place for a relaxing drink or meal during the day or in the evening. There are 3 beach cafes on the beach below the complex. At the other end of Armaçao de Pêra is the fishing port where there are still many local fishermen bringing in their catches with some fabulous restaurants on the beachfront. To the west of the apartments are many intimate coves and fishing villages leading to the Chapel Senhora de Rocha. This is an excellent resort as it is in a very central position with a good nightlife, close to water parks and Zoo marine, an ideal location for a relaxing break for your family or with friends.

Further Details: A car is not necessary, but should you wish to explore the Algarve on your own, car hire can be arranged at the time of booking. Airport transfers can also be arranged at 40 Euro for up to 4 guests and 58 Euro for 5-8 guests. Secure parking only on request.

Swimming pool: There is a lovely large shared swimming pool with a small children's pool as well. The pool is in the centre of the complex and to the other side of this are lovely gardens, which lead down to the beach below. The complex is right on the beach. Distance from the beach: 60 meters. BBC channels. We offer you an exclusive apartment for your next dream holidays.

Surroundings: Although the apartment is situated in a quiet and peaceful complex, it is within walking distance of all amenities. There are many restaurants, bars and shops nearby and buses pass by daily. The best holiday property in the sun.

Sehr geehrte Frau Häusermann, wir möchten Ihnen gerne sagen, dass wir zwei wunderbare Ferienwochen in Armaçao de Pêra verbracht haben - nicht nur wegen des beständig schönen Wetters und der schönen Umgebung, sondern vor allem, weil wir uns im Penthouse sehr wohl gefühlt haben. Es ist wirklich wunderbar aufgeteilt, eingerichtet und gepflegt. Nicht zu vergessen natürlich die tolle Aussicht auf das Meer. Freundliche Grüsse von zwei bestens erholten Gästen. B. und G.
