We welcome you to the wonderful Big Island of Hawaii. If you are seeking a private home with plenty of elbow room and lots of space between you and the nearest neighbor, then you have come to the right place. This single-story residence was built in 2001 and was freshly painted and outfitted with new beds in 2009. Sleeping accommodations include (1) Queen Bed in the master bed room, (1) Double, (2) twin beds in the other two rooms. Three sets of French Doors open up to the enjoy refreshing tropical trade winds and views of the Pacific Ocean. Explore many of the wonderful sights this island has to offer just minutes from the house.. Akaka Falls, Botanical Gardens, Honolii Beach, Kolekole Beach Park, and the beautiful scenic 4-mile drive. Hilo town is also just a short drive down the scenic Hamakua Heritage Coast highway. We look forward to your arrival and making sure your accommodations are comfortable in making your vacation the best ever!

    If making a reservation within 60 days of stay:
    - Payment in full is required at time of booking with signed rental agreement

    Cancellation Policy:
    - Cancellation may be made by either party 60 or more days prior to arrival for a full refund.
    - If cancellation within 60 days of reserved date(s), unless the space is resold, all payments are forfeited by the renter. If some or all the space is resold the renter will receive refund for time resold.
