COMFORTABLE AND CONVENIENTLY LOCATED FOR A MEMORABLE CAPE COD VACATION

My family and I stayed in the cottage for the week of July 4th, and we had a wonderful experience! Ed and Sharon are delightful and indeed think of everything--the house nicely stocked, they left a binder with excellent tips for our stay, and we even arrived to a basket of goodies and freshly-baked Swedish Almond loaf. The house was comfortable and convenient to all the best shopping, beaches, and restaurants on the Cape. Ed and Sharon truly went above and beyond to ensure a great experience, and we will return again next year!

Ed and Sharon are extremely thoughtful homeowners. All you need are your clothes and food! We were greeted with a fabulous almond cake made by Sharon that we ate all week. The house is immaculate and stocked with beach towels, good linens, beach chairs, etc. It has every appliance you could need in the kitchen and a huge gas grill outside. It was great that we did not have to bring our own linens. The location is in a quiet neighborhood with easy access to get to the National Seashore beaches, Chatham and good biking. It was a really a fair price for the Cape. It is small but very comfortable for a couple or small family. Ed checked mid week to make sure all was going well which was unusually thoughtful. I was very impressed with the pleasantness of every interaction. They really take care of the house and are invested in the renters having a good experience.

This was our 2nd year renting this property and we just love it! The house is so comfortable and Ed and Sharon have thought of everything that we could ever need. The property is in excellent condition and so well maintained. We love the sun room and enjoyed our coffee out there every morning. This property is close to beaches, shopping and great restaurants. We love Harwich Port and Chatham! The Sundae School is a must at the end of the day. We also enjoyed the wonderful treats at Marion's Pie Shop. We will definitely return again and again! It is truly our home away from home! Can't forget to mention the delicious home made treats from Sharon upon our arrival. This year was a yummy Southern Comfort Cake. YUM!!!! Thanks, Ed and Sharon for making us feel like family!! We may even return for a FALL get-away!!
