Computer station that includes a new Mac with hi speed internet. Plasma TVs in every room with movie channels, expanded high definition cable and DVR. Enjoy sunsets and margaritas with whitewater views on your deck. Grounds have waterfalls,koi ponds very tropical. Private beach with a great reef and shore break. Stocked with towels,beach chairs,sand toys, boogie boards. Seaworld, Mission Bay, Legoland, Downtown San Diego all within minutes. Walking distance to downtown Solana and Del Mar race track. 3 miles from downtown Del Mar. Located off Villa Del Valle. It doesn't get better than this!!!!

The unit is absolutely beautiful with an amazing oceanfront view from the entire living room area. The owner is so good to work with and makes the renting process so easy. The location is perfect - many gorgeous sites are so close. This trip was definitely one of our most memorable ever and I hope we can do it again.

Thank you for everything. We have already booked our 2nd stay. It was clean and fully stocked. BEAUTIFUL condo as well as grounds... Also, very peaceful and private...I have told everyone I know and will have you booked all year round. Thank you again...

First condo to ever live up to the pictures. Fully stocked,clean and beautiful! She needs pictures of the property that is incredible. Waterfalls,koi ponds.. Ill be back for sure!!!

The condo was beautiful, luxurious and well-equipped. The location and views were awesome. We could watch the surfers from the livingroom couch and even observed a school of dolphins swimming by one evening. What is not mentioned in the description is how beautiful and well-maintained the grounds are. The grounds are tropical with ponds and waterfalls - we could hear a waterfall that was just outside the master bedroom. Melanie also made sure we had everything we needed for our stay. During our stay we visited the beach towns from La Jolla to Oceanside, We believe that the Solana Beach area has the best collection of antique and artsy type stores. We also enjoyed playing golf at Torrey Pines. We hope to return and rent this condo again.
