Classic Vineyard Summer House set on 3 acres, Swim at your private beach near Cedar Tree Neck (1 mile), Easy access to Sheriffs Meadow Foundation lands and Cedar Tree Neck Wildlife Sanctuary, See beautiful sunsets from the screened in porch. Shower in large private outdoor shower. Lots of dirt roads to walk and bike. Flexible on beginning and end dates of remaining available summer weeks.

We have been enjoying the Vineryard since we were kids. Many family memories exist for my brothers and I of our summers on the Vineyard.
