Enjoy this Cape Cod cottage complex on the Point on Long Pond, a mile from Cahoon Hollow Beach and the artist's village of Wellfleet. Completely rebuilt in 1998 in the traditional cottage style with a main house and bunk house offering 4 bedrooms and 2 full baths, multiple decks and a screened in porch.

Best of all, you are on the Point on Long Pond with a series of docks and a floating dock where you can spend your day sunning and reading. Or row, paddle or sail the multiple boats available. There is plenty of room for two families to share!

About The Owner

Owned by the Wastrom family since 1952. We all grew up in the house every summer and are pleased to share our piece of paradise with you. Our family has vacationed in Wellfleet since the 1930's when my grandparent's friends from Finland all worked the harbor in the shell fishing business.

Why The Owner chose Wellfleet

My father bought this home in 1952 after vacationing in Wellfleet all of his life and raised his family to return to Wellfleet every summer.

What makes this house unique

You never have to leave the Point except to stock up on food at the Wellfleet Marketplace and Mac's Seafood. You have your own private beach on the Point on Long Pond where you can spend the entire day relaxing. Many of our guests never leave the hammock!
