This 4 bedroom, loft and 3 bathroom home is located at the end of the road on a private cul-de-sac. The home sits on over a quarter acre of land and has a 145 foot seawall with boat dockage.

  • Rates based on maximum of 8 guests. Add'l guest may be subject to a slight add'l fee. Pls inquire.
  • 1 night rental fee & $200 refundable security deposit due to confirm reservation for stays up to 12 nights.
    3 night rental fee & $300 refundable security deposit due to confirm reservations for stays 13-19 nights.
    One week rental & $500 refundable security deposit due for stays 20-30 nights to confirm reservation.
    Stays up to 19 nights nights subj to $100 cleaning fee. $200 cleaning fee for stays 20 nights and over.
    For stays one month+, electric bill amount over $250 will also be billed.
    Full payment of all fees due 10-20 days prior to arrival by money order, cashier's check or credit card.
    For stays up to 12 nts, Cancellation penalty is Rental fee deposit paid upon reservation if cancellation is made less than 10 days prior to arrival date . For stays 13 nts and over, penalty of Rental fee deposit if cancellation is made less than 20 days prior to arrival.
    All terms final as per signed rental agreement.
