Home is located in a Gated Las Sendas community in Northeast Mesa. The home has recently been remodeled for your enjoyment. There are two bedrooms with a den. The master bedroom has a king size bed and a master bathroom with walk in closet. Second bedroom has a queen. The den has a sofa sleeper with a desk. There are TVs in all the bedrooms and den with a 40' flat screen TV in the living room. Your Kitchen has all the utensils and appliances for your cooking needs including new granite countertops. The award winning master planned community has excellent amenities with Golf course, swimming pools,spa services, lighted tennis courts, basketball courts, walking paths, and bike trails all surrounded with mountain views. Located just 25 minutes from Phoenix Sky Harbor Airport.

Activites and Attractions nearby: The Las Sendas community is just 15 miles northeast of Saguaro Lake where you will find boating, fishing, jetskiing, and horseback riding. Also, close by is plenty of shopping at the Superstition Mall. Mesa is the home of the Chicago Cubs spring training action and is located approimately 15 minutes west of our home. When you are ready to head to Phoenix, Tempe, or Scottsdale just get on the 202 Loop North.
